Description

The role is responsible for planning, designing and capability building of Customer Relationship Management, Enterprise Service Bus, Enterprise Product Catalogue and Provisioning Platforms, Product & Campaign Solution Lead – to ensure capacity, availability, feature richness and technology evolution as per business need and strategy.

This role is under Business Support Systems (BSS) that owns the solution architecture, planning and operations for E2E BSS stack of Grameenphone including CRM, Order Management, ESB, Product Catalog, Charging System, Billing System, Interconnect Billing, Credit Control System, Invoicing System, DCH/FCH System, Mediation, Provisioning, etc. BSS is under Information Technology Department, which is responsible for E2E Architecture, Planning and Operations of IT domain for Grameenphone.

Job Responsibility:                                                                                       

• • Own and execute Grameenphone Revenue Management Architecture with major focus in Provisioning Platform, Interconnect Billing, and BSS in a box (for Skitto) Solution to move towards target architecture and plan to ensure capacity, availability and flexibility
  • Design and planning for Charging and Revenue management domain with primary focus on Provisioning System, Interconnect Billing, IN Tool and BSS in a box solution Solutions considering existing IT network in GP.

• • Lead Product and Campaign Technical Solution Design, Configuration and Delivery

• Preparation of RFI, RFQ and vendor technical evolution for new solution in the Provisioning, Interconnect Billing and BSS in a Box field
• Responsible for managing “Application Development” with co-ordination of Wipro, Ericsson, Subex, Cyan and other OEM, Vendor and SI for BSS domain
• Responsible for managing “Change Management” with co-ordination of Wipro, Subex, Ericsson, Cyan and other OEM, Vendor and SI for Provisioning, IBS,
• CAPEX Management and Forecasting for relevant solutions

Education & Experience Requirements:      

• BSC in Computer Science / Electrical & Electronic Engineering / Telecommunications Engineering
• Minimum 6 years of experience with focus in BSS Planning / Developments / Operations
